I have come to this place more times than I can remember. They have literally ANYTHING you would need when it comes to auto parts; YOU NAME IT. For some reason, Google won't recommend Nappa when you search for a product, but trust me. Go to their website, type what your looking for and they WILL have it. Order it online for pickup and they will have it ready for you before you step in the door. I have returned unopened headgaskets, headbolts, etc, and they never failed to reimburse me within a day or two. This is my new favorite auto parts store, sorry Advance Auto!

Refused to refund money for a defective partBought a turbo charger houce yesterday. They sold it with a 2018 manufacture date, the part was defective, today I brought it in for a refund, the employee says it's not the part I bought yesterday, he says I brought in an old part that was manufactured in 2018, but I bought it yesterday at this store. I showed them my old part and they still refused to refund the money
