We ended up driving to El Paso with a truck to load our things into from the trailer. Freddy was amazingly helpful and helped me back the truck up to be right by the trailer. He also gave us some waters which was very needed in this heat. I'm extremely grateful that they allowed us to unload on site instead of a home delivery as it definitely saved us some money. “We chose UPack at the recommendation of a neighbor on Nextdoor and the crew we hired to load our truck recommended them. They were more competitive than the larger haulers as even competitive with other smaller moving companies. Every time I was on the phone - either their national number or local dispatcher, everyone was courteous, polite and seemed to know about my move and care. They sent a damaged ramp to unload the truck and gave us a refund for the time our moving crew had to wait on a new ramp. Ultimately the move cost less than they had originally estimated. That was amazing and so appreciated! We are so grateful to have made this cross-country move with them. Highly recommend.”
