“I can't say enough good things about my switch to a Cricket phone. Hugo was exceptionally on the ball. He took care of everything possible. Their price is right. The Hotspot feature is worth the price by itself. I'm 74, and not very technical. I was in the best place to receive the help I needed that I might imagine. Thinking back through a couple of phones back, there is simply no comparison between them and Cricket. Customer service, the quality of the free phone, and a pleasant atmosphere. Can't beat it. My friend who referred me earned $35. She told me one time when her I-phone was on the blink, they fixed it like new in 2 days. If you're on Food Stamps, take your benefit letter with you to save 30 bucks. All in all, it's easy to see why they are so successful.”
