They had me book an appointment from 10 am to 2 pm and said that the repair person would call me 1 hour before coming. I waited until 1:30 and called them, they said they would get in touch with the repair person and call me back. I waited and called them back after 2 pm and they said they would call him again, the repair person finally called me at 2:15 and said he was 45 minutes away and asked for my address. I told him I had given it to them yesterday, but he said he didn't have it. 15 minutes later he called me back and asked me to pay him before he arrives, but they didn't mention this over the phone when I booked the appointment so I told him I would call them and get back to him. So I called them and they didn't answer or call me back even though their hours state that they close until 3 pm. I called them at least 5 times and sent them messages too, but nothing. It all seems too shady and not professional enough, plus reading the other reviews makes it feel like I am dodging a bullet by not doing business with them. They have several posts on Facebook Marketplace but all have the same phone number but don't deliberately say that they are all the same company. Again, all seems too shady and not professional enough. So I suggest that you go looking for a different place and not engage with this company.

Do not go ! ! ! I bought a refrigerator since day 2, it failed, and I called them several times and they just said that tomorrow or Friday they will fix it and it still hasn't arrived that morning or Friday! !

If I could rate this no stars I seriously would! No vayan aquí! Don’t go here! I would say your washer and dryer will last you about 4 months max! Don’t I repeat don’t go here! Overall service is not all there yet, they need to repair the old washer they are trying to sell a little better. What a waste of money, and by the time you try to use the warranty that’s given the washer breaks down and warranty expires! Seems like it’s on purpose! All I ever heard was “we’re sorry but blah blah blah” do better!

Dont go here. They told me they can look at my fridge and take a $50 deposit which would be applied to the total bill when the repair was made. This was on july 28th. Its currently october 10th. They never contacted me. I had to keep calling them for updates after a few months I asked for a refund and was told no i had to eat the 50 dollars with no resolution.
We went to another appliance repair place and had this issue fixed in 4 days. This place is a scam. They take your money then tell you the part is on backorder. I waited from july 28th to october 10th That's 74 days. It's currently November and I'm sure the part is still on backorder.
