I walked in for a haircut and asked for a specific lady. The lady next to her "Alma" was unprofessional and got upset I didn't want her to cut my hair. She left to the back and started cussing that now she wasn't going to cut my hair.

I had an event and had booked a do,she said yes I can do it...
Idk what she thought she was doing but it was not what I asked her for!! I don't recommend her at ALL.

Do not go to this place. They don’t know how to cut hair, and they don’t listen. On the contrary they will ruin you hair.

Horrible experience. My hair was virgin, pictures talk for themselves what I ask for vs what I got. The person who did this was Layza she was going to charge me $160 for that, when I told her that wasn’t what I ask for she said “is already done so…”, another person there saved me (NOT THE OWNER), her name is Ana, she applied just a dark tone to cover all that mess. I contacted the owner LORENA, she said Layza did the work correctly the only wrong part was the color. I pay $60 for the color Ana applied because the owner didn’t offer any solution, she said “you don’t have to tell me how to manage my business” if you have to go, go with Ana, but be prepared to deal with the owner.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Worst customer service ever, the stylist are very rude and also the owner doesn’t value customer and treat them so disrespectful, my sister went to get her hair done asked for a certain color and ended up with orange hair, they just wanted the money. Please save yourself the struggle and go to a real profesional place.

One star beacsue it says you all are open Sunday 10-3 and guess what you guys don’t open Sunday’s or is it that you do but only when you feel like working it you need to adjust your time so customer know.

I didn’t get the name of the person that did my hair but she cut it really crooked and didn’t even wet my hair or part my hair. I went back again ten minute after to see if she could fix it and she did fix it a little but still not satisfied with my cut. Do not cut your hair here
