Horrible service rude lady I thought it was just one of those days but by looking at the reviews im not the lucky one they take advantage that stickers are a must but its ok I rather drive out

Horrible staff the three girls working there are very unprofessional and have no respect to us as clients. Where can I make a formal complaint.

Constant system outage. Customer service representatives don’t help to print a copy of insurance. Will not take a digital insurance proof. Huge inconvenience and only takes cash no cards. This place needs to up to date with technology.
