I went to this place to set up a time to bring in my vehicle for a/c repairs. They asked me to bring it in the next workday at opening time so that they may start on in first thing in the morning. They said that they would charge $90 to hook it up to the computer, then go from there. I brought it back at opening time. I never heard back from them, so I went over an hour before closing time. They told me that they were "a little busy" and they hadn't had time to look at it. I asked for the keys back and left. No apologies were given. Not one. I call this rotten customer service, bad manners, and rude and unprofessional. The customers are the ones who keep them in business. Had they only called during the day, I would not have been as upset.
I left there and took the vehicle to Firestone on Eastlake and Rojas, and they immediately took care of me. They were very polite and professional. They took the vehicle in to hook it up to the computer immediately and go from there. The computer fee will be $50.
This is the kind of customer service that every business should have.
That was my first and last time at Dozal.

Very honest and fair mechanic. Needed some work done and he communicated with me the whole way and was very transparent with prices, highly recommend. Very professional.

These guys did an amazing job!!! I have taken my car to several places to get my license plate light fixed and nobody could fix it, not even Ford. The three other places wouldn't even touch it. These guys had the issue fixed in less than an hour and did my inspection. They communicated and took care of everything for me. Thank you you guys for everything that you guys have done. I would definitely reccomend this place of business. I got a flat coming off the freeway and despite that they were about to close they changed my tire! The staff was courteous , friendly and fast! They saved me a lot of heartache and trouble and I am grateful. Thank you so much.

My f250 truck completely gave out on me. No mechanic wanted to touch my truck. Called Dozal and immediately took my truck in. Hands down best customer service. They called everyday to uodate me with all the problems it had. Ill be recommending this shop. Thank you Mr Raul for your help sir
