Poor customer service, poor capability to inform customers of any delays.Cricket attendant had her friend over to go over " old times " and buying a phone case while at it, while her associate was taking care of another customer with his phone. I waited a good 40 minutes just to pay the bill. Towards the 6'o clock closure of my bill, the other Cricket associate, [the one that was actually busy], decided to reach me and tell me, [after my 40 minute wait]; told me, "sorry for the inconvenience, but there's only one computer available for charges or service", after my 40 minute wait....Worst customer service off of this branch. I'm thinking of switching phone service after this.
