One of the workers is always on restroom breaks every time I go and they have us waiting outside at least 30 minutes. The store itself is convenient

I had a complaint and i dont know where else i could report it since the people I wanted to complaint about were at the store and i was not trying to cause a scene.I went late at night, to be exact my receipt reads 11:04:27 pm est.I came to purchase water for my son and household and i was assisted by a pink short hair young woman named selena P.I asked mrs.p if she had any cleaner packages maybe on the back and if they didnt it was fine.To which she responded we do notI added to my request after this "oh okay reason i ask its because theyre for my baby"She then responded "if you dont want them you can go somewhere else" i said walmart is closed so thats why im here and she still proactively answered; "go to walgreens or across the street" walgreens is closed by this time.My simple request turned out to be a big deal for her when she couldve just not responded anything or like any person who works with people perhaps a "im sorry but we only have those"Im not the type of person to write bad about people or complaint.I just felt bad for being in the store or made me feel like i was being belittled.I dont think she is capable of working there if she tells her customers to go somewhere else to make a purchase, and if she is maybe some better terms couldve been used in place of her sassy attitude and tell me to go buy somewhere else if i dont want them.I did not cause a scene, i purchased them because like i said before that if there were no cleaner packages it was fine.It was the unnecessary way of telling me these things and in a manner that showed poor customer service.She was young, no older than 20No younger than 18.Women at this age already are rationalThis was not a rational response nor necessaryI got a call from the general manager 2 days later, about this incidentHe let me know it was getting looked at and I greatly appreciate him following up to get the proper training for those that need it, updated my review to 4 starts because i believe the situation was addressed properly

The lady working at this location was very uncomfortable with my wife using the restroom. She said she wishes she could close it so costumers won't use it. It was very rude and upsetting. If she doesn't like her job, she should apply some where else.

No fresh cookies, gone in 2 days in a row, still nothing. Probably the laziest workers I’ve ever seen. I always have to ask them to check the back, it’s ridiculous. 0 stars

Gilbert is the worst cashier you guys have! Worse customer service. Refuses service to people like he owns the store. He refused 3 people service today. We did not have our masks upon entering but that's because no sign is on the outside of the store. I just went in there to get milk for my baby, so I went back to my car to get my mask and went back in and still refused to sell me milk! After I did what he asked for. There's two more people coming at this guy with a bad review for him. P.s his boyfriend is known to smoke in the parking lot. Y'all need to check this guy

Cashier with the short redish hair is extremely rude. Wont be going back , lying about not having any lids for the large fountian drinks then after other customers asked she goes and pulls out a brand new bag from under the counter. Hopefully her manager reads this and takes care of it because shes rude everytime im there.
