I love the improvements y’all have made to the grocery pick up. I received my order an hour earlier than expected and Denise is always so sweet and always lets me know exactly what was substituted or out if anything was. She is great! Thank you!

This is a great United Supermarket and the pharmacy is awesome BUT, the restrooms in this store are FILTHY! One would think that with covid being a real thing that they would work overtime to have spotless, sanitized restrooms. I cringe when I enter into the restroom. I will go to the restroom in Walmart, which has a very clean restroom, in the future.

I go to United a few + times a week. Today I had an older gentleman bag my groceries, & carry them to my car. He was very courteous & mindful with how he loaded the bags in my car, depending on what the bags contained. After he shut the back, he told me to let him get the door for me. This man opened my driver door for me! This was a 1st for me. In my life... He made my week. I didn't catch his name. But I don't think he realized how much I appreciated his kindness today. Thank You!

Worst a United I've been too. First off, prices are ridiculously high. Crazy. The people in the deli are rude and I got criticized for asking for extra crackers for my soup.....hmm. Never answer the phone. On hold for 20 min. Miss spelled our cake.

Leti in the bakery was very helpful and knew exactly what I was wanting. She tweak the cakes a bit and they came out gorgeous! Thank you Leti for going out of your way to make her birthday more special and adding your special birthday message. Cakes tasted delicious!!!
