We bought two flashlights from there same brand and they never would work. First time we took it back got an exchange for a smaller one same brand. Still didn't work. Went to take it back and got a different brand flashlight a little bit more and that one wouldn't work either. Took it back for a refund and whoever that saleslady was very rude and hateful. She didn't bother to check if it was messed up. She acted like we were making it up. Very hateful person. Never go there for a flashlight or for anything.

Went to tractor supply for propane. I was walking up with my tank and before I could get in line the employee started shouting. “I’m not going to fill up any more after I’m done with these other 2 in line! I’ve been out here over 2 hours!”Note it was 6:30 pm and nice 60° outside.Some of us don’t get out early enough from work to go anywhere else that sells propane.Do they not get paid to fill up propane tanks? Seems like it’s always a problem at this location.

I was traveling and needed a tool to make a vehicle repair. Staff went above and beyond. Greg not only helped me find the tool but made sure my repair was successful and I was back on the road. Great place!

Today, I was searching for a grinder of a certain type and was interested in buying one if I found it.I didn't appreciate the two-faced attitude when I walked to the power tools aisle. Your contempt was written all over your face and then to call two more associates to that same aisle to pretend to talk about securing a shelf without securing the shelf. Your suspicion was over the top, and all you told me was that you didn't want my money. No problem, I'll take my business somewhere else.

Staff is always helpful. They go out of their way to get what you need. Staff know and understand their products. Prices are a little higher than others. Service for a few extra dollars. I will take any day.

Wide variety of old fashioned candy. Just wish the peanut butter cups had not been melted. I'm not going to pay full price for melted candy.

Friendly staff and helpful. My indecisiveness may have been apparent but i was helped quickly! By more than one employee. He carried the big ole bag of dog food up front for me while i let my BIG BABY pick out a toy ⭐? Then she carried it to the car for me. Felt like 100 lbs ?How awesome they let my furbbaby come inside. Wish i had more time before closing, but will definitely be returning. They helped me get my BIG BABY on way better food a loooong time ago ?

The customer service was outstanding. Jake and Javier helped me figure out what I needed for my propane grill. After my 2nd trip there they were determined that I didn't leave the store without exactly what I needed. They were outstanding. Fixed the grill just in time for Father's day BBQ!
