Awesome awesome awesome service, Chris is your guy, was about to close and should up 35min before the closed and we'll he came out and got me taken care of. It was a great experience. I've gone here 2 times already and never have had no bad experience. Great place.

I grew up in snyder..just visiting my brother. Left town at 6:30 and 1 mile down hwy I hit a deer..I was able to drive back to snyder and went to Nix's auto shop. They checked out the car and Said I could drive it back to Austin. Just smashed the bumper..cosmetic damage. I offered to pay but they refused it. So nice!!

I can see why Nix's has such a good rating! We got a flat just north of Snyder on one of our "run flat" tires. After calling BMW roadside assistance and being told they would have to have our car towed back to Lubbock, I called Nix's. I talked to Chris and he explained that the run flats can be tricky. After explaining my frustration, he calmly said I could drive it to them and he would do his best to help. I passed two other places that might have been able to help, but I went to Nix's because of the way Chris handled the conversation. We were there less than 30 minutes and our tire was patched and we were back on the road to Mineral Wells. I would have gladly paid 5 times what they charged. There's no substitute for compassion when it comes to customer service. The "I will do what I can to help you" attitude is priceless and very reassuring. From one business owner to another, I appreciate it greatly.

I love 500 miles away from this tire shop, I drove through Snyder on four very bad tires, (Not Exaggerating) I just needed someone to help a very little bit, I explained what I needed, which was four cheap tires that would cost $150 ~ 165, I was told cheapest tire Nix's Auto could do was ($235 ~ $255) a tire. Well I hope business is always that awesome, because I will always be willing to go out of my way to buy tires somewhere else.

Asked for service and was brushed off, would have to leave vehicle and wait to see what their finding was the next day. Not mine but a work vehicle. I have knowledge of items and to tell me it would take an hour and a half to charge with freon to evaluate the system is total hogwash, I know better.

Expensive, wanted to charge for work they did wrong. Paid $900.00 to fix my truck. It ran for a few miles then broke down same problem. They would not back their work. Find someone else they charge dealer prices.
