Since the transition I cannot set up mobile banking and can NEVER get a hold of anyone on the phone to answered questions about it as of right now this very second I’ve been sitting on hold for 32 plus minutes and refuse to to hang up just to see how long it will take to get a hold of anyone actual person!!!!!!

I've had multiple issues but latest one being them depositing my check into someone else's account.
