I was very pleased with the customer service at this place of business. Miss Carol seems like such a nice lady and there's a lot of really cool stuff in her shop. We will definitely go back.

Always closing, price is overpriced, building is old and I think it is time for a new building and upgrade to make your business better and more organized. I was there 2 month to purchase a couple of fish (mainly freshwater fish) and a background drop for the 50 gallon tanks cost me all together almost 100 bucks. Orginally it was close to 90 dollars. I think it's time that Carol's get those pet a bigger space and lots of improvements since there isnt much fish, shrimps, and even see a snake that probably been dead for a months! None of the critters, reptiles or fish isnt well taken care of since Carol's only opens 3 days a week. Too many flies flying around and that place is almost a hoarders home. Seriously get yourself a nice upgrade and new improvement with a written price tag on the fish tank so I'll know how much I wanted to spent! Not a ridiculous almost 100 bucks for 6 fish and a background drop. I may not coming back there again since it's never nothing new there but a dead pets and messy building full of clothes and stuff. Plus I notice the 2nd floor is full of stuff and trash up there. This place is never cleaned up and needs a new building with bigger space for the pets and clothes!! And more fish and critters! I remember back when I was little, I remember how awesome this place used to be with full of healthy fish, Critters, reptile, birds, and all that cool pets that Carol's have and it was super clean and very organized that day until now it's all a mess and it is not well taken care of. I feel bad for all that pets suffering and dying in that shop. If I had the money, I would buy them all and rescue them to a new home and purchase my own pet shops with tagged price and all the cool interiors and decorations all over the building to make it family and kids friendly and fun! I would even hired an expert that can tell the kids and folks a fun facts about that animals or helping them to find the right match for the fish aquariums.
