Took my 2024 chvy Trax there cause it was the closest to where I broke down. Had a hole in the engine bloke. Took them 4 months to fix. Once I got it back. I had to take it back because a bolt was loose. After I got that back. It started making a different sound and it wasn't good. I took it and had it looked at and they left all 6 bolts on the sub frame loose. It could have fallen out and I could have had a wreck. Poor service and looks like techs don't know what they are doing..

Daughters Brand new car was bought somewhere else but after two months broke down in March 4 , 2024 in Sweetwater had to have it towed to this dealership and had a hole in the the block they never looked at it stayed in same spot. Still to this day she doesn’t have her car they have put others in front of her and parts back ordered just on and on. They now say end of June and they didn’t have a loaner had to get one somewhere else.

I made an appointment for service on my vehicle to diagnose a parasitic draw on the battery. When I brought the vehicle in the customer representative said this would need to be left for more in depth troubleshooting. Understandable. However on April 12th the service department is not making appointments until May 2nd. This service department is behind and sometimes not making appointments for months.

My vehicle was towed by roadside assistance to nearest dealership & then sat in parking lot for two weeks w/out at least getting diagnosed,. Was told repeatedly that there were 100 vehicles ahead of me w/only two technicians available & that the UAW strike was causing the delay in diagnosing the issue w/my vehicle. Checked w/two other dealerships & was told they could have at least diagnosed the problem within two days but might have had to wait a bit on parts if they were required due to said strike. My husband & I decided to drive to dealership & diagnose the issue ourselves. My vehicle required a new battery. We went to buy one, popped it in & my car started & we left. No assistance from anyone at dealership. This is same dealership I would take my vehicle for regular maintenance
