“They have a help desk immediately inside main doors so no guessing where you need to go for help. I opened a checking account which has no fees at all and comes with a debit card that you receive on site no waiting for it in the mail. Associates were extremely polite and helpful to assure my needs were met. Obviously I would recommend this banking institution to any and all without hesitation. They also have multiple entrances as well as multiple drive up teller stalls.”

“Never had any major problems. The minor ones were fixed quickly. We have had an account since they bought the bank that was there before. I also have several accounts that are either mine or my kids and don't have any problems with that either.”
