  this new person that took over our route is not good. She drove up our driveway. Parked by my garage. Stayed in the van for a few minutes. then, drove off. Didn't deliver the package. Told Amazon that the driveway was inaccessible. Couldn't get to door. Lady, I am watching you from my office!

  To start with their customer service skills stink. The workers are rude. They love shoving big packages in my mailbox when the package should be on my porch. They have lost two of my packages costing me even more money. So make sure you get a receipt when dropping off packages. And also they like charging people extra money... read full comment

  The USPS is stating that my physical address does not exist therefore it's making it hard to get a PO Box let alone any packages delivered to my house.
