I came thinking I needed a tire. They spent time and determined it did not have proper seal on the bead. Came up with an inexpensive solution to try before buying new rims. Good, friendly, helpful service. Very careing staff and owner. Could have tried to sell me something I dont need, but did not. I will be going back for tires and/or rims when I DO need them for my 20 year old vehicle. This is 4th or 5th time I have been there. Consistent service each time. I appreciate them not using scare tactics to upsell their products and services.

I have never gone from loving and talking good about a place to thinking they're trash so fast before. In March the valve stem on my Harley broke while I was passing through Smithville. I called these guys and they came right over with replacement stems and a can of air. So today I'm passing through Smithville again and the stem on one of my other bikes broke, I limped into their shop only this time I was met with weak excuses and shuffling his feet. "We can't work on that. We don't carry that. We can't help" well that was a lie, I was looking at everything I needed while you were saying that trash. So a special message just gor you "Owner"I own a small business repairing and selling salvaged bikes. There's no way I would allow an out of town, repeat customer leave unsatisfied. I even had to tell you point blank to your face do you just not want my money. What did you say bro? "It's not that I just don't know"SoTo any prospective customers, go to B and B in Bastrop. They were over the top helpful. Sold me what I needed. Gave me the 2 tools I needed to repair the valve and only charged me $6. That's the difference between little boys playing and grown men doing business.

Very friendly staff and didn't charge me extra to put on my new wheels. They even assured my old tires where tight down in be my truck they didn't just toss them in the back and let me go. Thank you guys for the great service I found me my tire shop in Smithville, Tx.

Well I was wrong! I understand things so just tried them again for the third time and they just can't seem to order me anything I want!! Constantly try to up sell then my wheels and tires are supposed to be in today and they haven't even been ordered!!!! Expect me to make a payment on something I don't have and I didn't even get to pick them out! Now they are trying to sell me something else! 3 week process for absolutely nothing! What a joke fir the third time try to order tires! would not RECOMMEND!!!!!
