Zero customer service. Ignored my husband when he came in to get the company van inspection. Just stood there. They looked right at him and then kept talking with another guy that worked there.

Nice owners. Very clean, nice shop. Initial visit was pleasant exchange on drop off on Monday. Told they couldn't see for 3 days ... no worries as i had another car to use for the week. Was a holiday weekend, so understood. Explained I was looking for a local shop for all our future repairs as moved to town a year ago. Called the following Wednesday and was told they were just about to look at it. Friday before it was repaired and picked up. Good work, but felt prices were higher than expected on parts (radiator hose) and not concerned with new business possibilities. Will try another shop on future repairs.

They are amazing they fixed my 2008 dodge magnum . I can’t say how grateful I am for what they did for me. They are beyond friendly and personal.

Brought my truck in, without an appointment. The owner stopped what he was working on and checked out my truck. After about 15 minutes of troubleshooting, he assured me my truck was OK. He wouldn't take any money for the time he spent troubleshooting.

Spoke to the owner about an older Camry oil leak. Told him I could drop it off and was in no rush to get it back. His exact response to me was,” I don’t have time for this, you are wanting to figure out what is wrong with a 1997 Camry oil leak?” Duhhh, you are the mechanic. Super rude!!! Just because people may know how to do their job well, doesn’t mean you are clear to go on being rude!

Attitude is everything. Made an appointment in person a week out with a relpy that he'd mark me down. When I arrived he guffly asked "what do you want"? Eventually did a good job with a simple repair on a vintage jeep but lacked in the attitude. Said he didn't like working on jeeps although he had one on the lift inside. I simply replied that was ok and I could look for someone else to do the fix that I already had a part for if he really did not want to do it. He grumbled walking to the jeep with the part saying he'd do it. It was a 10 minute fix. I'll go elsewhere next time. There ARE other fish in the sea!

My sister tried to drop her car off after our Dad had spoke to mechanic and he said yeah bring it in we will fit in. However his wife at the counter rudely told them absolutely not they didn't have the time and would probably be after the new year before they could get it in. They just lost business with our family and that repair would have been over 3000.oo dollars. So off to Bobby's we go!!! Wife really needs to adjust her attitude, as we will most definitely share this experience with everyone we know in this small town!!

They do excellent work. You have to be persistent in getting an appointment. The receptionist could be friendlier, helpful and proactive with appointment setting.
