Great little hidden gym, I travel for work frequently pass through smithville. I love 24-hour access as I like the 4 am. workouts in silence. I don't know the owner personally, but he seems full of energy very knowledgeable in the brief moment I spent with him. Would highly recommend.

We love love this place so much. Easy to access, affordable and best owner there is. Need training, macros or a great gym to workout at? Look no further. Iron Tiger has it all.
