They don't actually open at 8am and I don't think they serve food any more I miss when is was chillers and they were open first thing in the am and they served really good food

Chillerz has the poorest poorest customer service ever! You go in and they look at you with the ugliest expression and then they say "hello"......it's like they get bothered because they have to attend you! One girl was on her her "smoke brake" so she wasn't in the best of mood to attend me. Even when you order burgers they get bothered. Seriously! You work in a place where you have to greet costumers! Who trains these employees? Or better yet where do you find them! I took my children with me and they had to be in awful clouds of smoke. I will not go to Chillerz any more until I hear that they have better customer service and at least take their smoke brakes outside! I honestly don't need to get service like that. I rather go to Accent or Cefco and spend my money there. besides everything you get weather it's a bag of chips or cokes from the fountain all reek of cigarette smoke. I hope Abilene's Chillerz isn't like this!
