“While traveling through on way to Cisco from Montana, my right front wheel hub ceased up. After reaching out to GEICO for roadside assistance I got a tow company to come out. After the horrible experience with said tow company I dismissed them and called ORileys. I explained my situation to the guy on the phone and he had my part and was able to deliver it to me on the side of the hwy. fortunately I had brought tools with me and proceeded to change out the hub. I realized I didn’t have my hub socket and called ORileys to ask if they had a socket. They did not have that size so their driver came over with a wrench. The driver ended up having to borrow a socket from a nearby repair shop and hung around to make sure I was able to remove and replace the new hub. Art was his name and I wish I could remember the guys name on the phone. Needless to say these two gentleman went above and beyond customer service as I got my hub changed out and was on the road again. I highly recommend the ORileys in Slaton TX. Cuddos to you guys and you deserve raises.”
