ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH OF A RATING!It’s been so long I can’t remember what color my vehicle is?? Wow!This collision shop was where all body shops send vehicles that need any sensors calibrated on front end damage for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles. So we went straight to the main source and took our Pacifica to this collision and auto body collision center for our vehicle to be repaired. Once they have your vehicle, it becomes endless times delays and new promised deadlines to have the car back to you that NEVER HAPPEN. The auto manufacturer built the car in shorter amount of time than it is taking this place to put on a new bumper and calibrate the sensors . The general manager is also a joke. This guy goes through Service Manager‘s almost monthly. He promised to get on the car and get returned in a reasonable amount of time however six weeks and counting is not a reasonable. He promised to also give us regular follow up and phone calls to keep us in the loop on our cars progress. However the way they change staff there there’s no way possible anybody could remember to make those calls or pull the same promises. For all practical purposes this body shop should not be in business and the General Manager should find something else to do! I would not even recommending bringing your child's red wagon in for repairs as they will be in college before the work is completed. My advise to anyone who is looking to have their car fixed at this location: "is Run Forrest, run!"

We purchased a 2021 Ram Laramie Megacab. It came prepped for a 5th wheel hitch. We ordered the hitch when we purchased the truck. Brought the truck in to get it installed, and they had ordered the wrong hitch. Brought it in a second time, waited at the dealership all day only to find out that only part of the hitch came in. Brought it in a third time only to find out they still didn't have all of the parts. Brought it in a fourth time only to find out they wanted to keep it all day because they didn't know how to install the hitch and they were going to have to call for the instructions and then find someone to put it in. Said if they couldn't find someone, they would send it somewhere else. I finally had enough and told them that they could just load it in the back of the truck and my husband would install it himself. I even looked up the Instructions and it is a 15 minute install. Yes it is heavy, but once it is in the bed, should take 15 minutes. When I said I was just going to take it home, they changed their tune and decided to get it done right then and there. They also never detailed it like they were supposed to. The only people who were busting their butts to help us resolve this we're Jason the sales guy and Jordan the finance guy. It is ridiculous that we are in Texas and they have hired people who don't know how to install a 5th wheel hitch. It took us almost 2 months to finally get our hitch. The only saving Grace was they gave us a free oil change.

The best car buying experience ever! If you are busy in the everyday hustle and bustle like me and my boyfriend are, please contact Mike Castro the Internet Manager. I presented Mike with a flat impossible situation on a Friday at 8:30 AM Mike had a solution for us, by 6:30 that night we were back home in our new truck. I will take all my business to this dealership. They are very upfront and open about what you are getting, they give you a great amount for your trade! If you are in the market for a new car.... make this your only stop and you wont be sorry that you did! Everyone at this dealership is extremely professional and personable.

I recently went to this dealership personally knowing Ryan Schneider from a different job but knowing that he would help me get into the perfect vehicle for me and that’s exactly what happened! The whole dealership congratulated me on my new pick and Jordan their finance person was funny and helped me understand all the benefits of using their warranty. All around a wonderful experience and I am so happy with my new Jeep Renegade!
