Who doesnt have their service shop open on saturday. Also its unreasonable that people should have to pay to update software when it can only be done by the dealer.

Had just left Gene Messer Ford in Lubbock. Horrible experience, arrived by Uber to pick up my car, left by Uber to get away. Went to All American Chevy, within two hours Trey and Fred had me driving off the lot, smiling. As a RN., and Veteran, I would most definitely suggest All American, the staff are professional and helpful and Fred, will work with you and any situation. Thanks All American!

Nice friendly staff when they were trying to sell. The only bad thing was the guy who sold us the car said he would help refinance after 3 months and when that time came he stopped responding to our text.
