713 E Sinton St, SintonBBQ Woody here. Thnx for the best bbq yet i hv had in the Coast Bend..someone finally beat Silverado's. I had the 3-meat (turkey, pork ribs, and jal/chz sausage) tray. If u go to this place you hv 2 try the 'Mex Elote cream corn and their Tx beans, zesty..both..yummy. the ribs didnt need any bbq sauce. The turkey was moist and tender. The sausage was a little too soft inside for my taste, but delicious. The bbq sauce is a bit too much ketchuppy for my taste. One of my ribs the meat came rt off the bone but the other was a little tough and slightly undercooked and the meat did not come off the bone. Pork ribs shld shed the meat without having to chew it off. I will find 2 old-fashioned bottle top openers 4 u all and bring on nxt visit.
