My mail box is very obvious to find I live in apartments and they do have parcel mailbox. I even gave them it's always a issue delivering my package from Amazon.

Awful, heartless branch. My mother is disabled, in a wheelchair. Once a year she has to wheel herself into the branch to request a delivery exemption, to have mail dropped on the porch instead of the mailbox across a busy road. The postmaster denied her exemption. She's not "disabled enough" to not have to wheel herself across that busy road to pick up her mail. Between that and the packages intentionally dropped into the mud (mere inches away from a perfectly good sidewalk), it is clear that this branch is full of bitter, malicious staff, right up to the very top. OIGUSPS needs to have a hard look at this branch.

I come to the post office (Silsbee, Texas) just to drop off a parcel. Well, I get here at 9:30 and they don’t open until 10:00. So I find the parcel drop off but it’s locked. So I go the mailbox outside and try the parcel opening but it’s been restricted to open just enough to put a letter in it. CAN I JUST DROP OFF A PARCEL TO BE MAILED ( WITH A PRE PAID LABEL)?

After dealing with other post offices,I'd say silsbee is not very good. I guess they can't keep good drivers. Some are decent and others just can't seem to find our box. For what postage costs ,they need to do better.

I am 74 and disabled. Since I moved here in 2020 I have had delivery problems. The post master came out and told me where to put my mailbox and looked to see that the mail delivery people had room to turn around, could access my mail box, is not over the allowed distance to put parcels on my porch. The mail delivery person was told to put parcels in my porch, which he told me he we oukd not do and doesnt. He puts my parcels and my mail in my neighbors parcel locker, which includes our social security mail. Also my packages arrive open with some things missing. I have called and complained to no avail. I see people in Silsbee asking if anyone got their mail or boxes. This is sad. It's gotten so bad that Amazon has now reported that they may have to stop deliveries to 77656...

Terrible delivery every time I get a package delivered the mail carrier always puts a note in the box saying sorry we missed you when I obviously home she is so lazy that she doesn’t want to take the time to get out of her car to deliver a small package that could have easily fit in the box and she always delivers half our mail at the neighbors house good thing they are family friends and we still get our mail but come on usps this is ridiculous

It's a shame that we can tell which carrier we have by how our mail is delivered on a particular day. I was sitting on my porch and watched this happen. I think he is just trying to save the porch pirates time so they don't even have to come up to the house.We have complained numerous times, and all Silsbee P.O. does is put him on another route for a few weeks, then he comes back.Edit: Just called, and Silsbee P.O. just ball faced lied and said he's a new sub. Nope, this has been ongoing for over a year with the same individual. This is why USPS is failing. No accountability. Lazy gov employees.

I literally am so upset I’m shaking. I just had a postal worker come to my place of business, sit my packages and attempt to not speak to me. I’m all for people having a bad day, but she’s done this on several occasions. I am not a bad customer but since we were robbed she’s been nothing but nasty!!! Guess I’ll just get ups to ship going forward, because clearly they don’t want my business!

Every package I order goes to a different mailbox and I literally live at a dead-end with my last name in huge letters on the fence by my mailbox that has huge numbers for the address with my last name lol...I dont understand how they keep delivering my packages somewhere else. ?♂️
