Best post office I've ever been to. Always a parking spot. Never a line. Service is friendly. It's A+ all the way.

After dealing with other post offices,I'd say silsbee is not very good. I guess they can't keep good drivers. Some are decent and others just can't seem to find our box. For what postage costs ,they need to do better.

They seem to work really hard and try their best at making sure everyone gets their mail on time. Rain or shine
