Janna and her team is the best out of all the tobacco barns I have shopped at. Not only do they know their customers by their first names but they are always friendly and care about their customers. Myself as their customer I have grown to love them as family. I will continue to purchase all of my tobacco, sodas and ice at Janna and her Teams store in Silsbee.

Very rude, the young lady with blonde highlights has a nasty attitude, went through the other day as well and a different lady was working and her attitude was even worse, horrible customer service !!!! If you don’t like your job find a new one!

Great service,Great prices,promotions occasionally.Accepts coupons. Best and cheapest fountain cokes in town and excellent customer service. Very friendly! Oh did I mention they have a drive through? Or you can go in...???

Kinda friendly if you can get their attention. The cashier was hanging out the window half way into another car in the drive thru laughing with another car while we waited. They finally finished goofing around ( no hurry) and we pulled up. The product we wanted and have gotten there before, they said they didn't carry and sold us a smaller more expensive product. They didn't even look for it.Not a professional business.
