It has all the equipment I need. The place is always clean. The owners are friendly. They have showers in the restroom, a water fountain, and group classes. Overall, the environment is friendly and not crowded.

Small... would be awesome if they updated the place, cool if they had a circuit room & maybe a sauna one day. Too far to go to Crunch fitness for now,(was spoiled with all the amenities for cheap lol) but I still get done what I need.

I was poked and prodded before ever filling out the consent forms. When I asked questions i was just told its just something they do annually. They decided I was going to have all these tests didn't think to ask nor tell me about them.

Great accessibility along with a good variety of equipment, helpful staff, and 24 hour access. The pricing is fair as well.

Great selection of fitness equipment for all levels, and they have racquetball courts! The place is always clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, they offer 24hr access!
