Edited: I wish yall had more information about online appointments on the site because I booked a late appointment Christmas Eve not thinking about the length of time it would take for highlights, cut, and style. However, the ladies worked me in (with no wait), and I got the best highlights ever in my 40 yrs of highlighting my hair! And I can't say enough good things about Mary (my stylist) and her co-worker Maria, who also stayed late while Mary finished my hair.Smart Style Hair SalonLocated in Silsbee Tx Walmart

This was the second time trying to walk in to get my hair cut,and was told that they could not take me even though they were open and one of the ladies didn't have anyone in her chair... this will be the last time I try to use them... guess they don't need my money.

I had an appointment at 2. I get there ahead of time so as not to put anyone behind. One of the ladies informs me it would be a wait of 40 minutes did Iwant to wait. I first said , yes. I ended up canceling the appointment. I came from work during my lunch. Should have been plenty of time for a cut during my lunch. Maybe I don't understand the definition of appointment with this newer generation ? Will not be back there.Service: Haircut

I’ve gone to them a couple times in lumberton and Ohio I was happy with the out come. I went 4/22/2022 in silsbee and when I say the lady didn’t listen she really didn’t. I went in for a simple haircut the top of my shoulders hair cut and 1. This lady didn’t wet it or nothing 2. She cut my hair almost higher than my chinn when I asked for the top of my shoulder!! And the back oh goodness it’s choppy and trashy. Now being a waitress I tipped good alittle more over than 50 percent because I felt bad because that’s how she makes her money. But now as a waitress I do a bad job you just go home with a bad experience as a hair stylist you do a bad job that person is stuck with the results for a while! DO BETTER
