Marc Owens and his Manager are RUDE! 0 customer service skills and slow to respond and very short when they do with quite an attitude at that! So glad I went with another dealership!Attempted to do an online deal with them to have a vehicle delivered. Unfortunately mine was totaled leaving me in a rush to get a new one. I'm primarily a 1099 worker across multiple different avenues so having a solid vehicle is extremely important! This accident left me without primary work for 2 months unfortunately and I had to pick up 2 small part time jobs leaving me in a difficult place for financing approval.I fully understand the hurdle this causes but I was able and willing to show all proof of income via bank deposits and revive verification letters from my contract employers.Marc and his manager didn't seem to care and even questioned me being fraudulent. They were the only dealership that made me send in a selfie with my ID over an unsecure mobile number! That seemed very irresponsible of them! Seriously, EXCUSE ME!? I was even putting a decent down payment for which they requested more. Did I have it, yes, was I going to live down to my last penny after a car purchase? No!It's like these guys have never worked with anyone who is 1099, newly employed, employed, or they don't have very many banks they work with.I received much better service and experience everywhere else I called and finally worked out a deal on the same make and model vehicle at a better interest rate than Silsbee was getting for me. The vehicle had comparable miles, was in excellent condition and they were able to deliver.

Mike Andrus was an excellent salesman. He helped John Lopez and John drove out with a new truck within an hour or two. We will spread the word that Silsbee and Mike are the best place to buy a new vehicle!

Silsbee Ford Service department is UNETHICAL. They charged me for a tire rotation and deliberately lied to my face about rotating them. Only reason I caught it was because one of my tires was low and it was in the same spot. After I brought my truck back up there for them to “reset” the tire gauge, I was floored to see the tech bring my truck to the back and start rostering my tires! They charged me for a tire rotation and stole money from me because they didn’t do what they charged me for. Service department should be held accountable and dealership should endure severe penalties for this. Now I’m wondering how many times in the past have they stole money from me and not rotated my tires when they told me they did. I get my tires rotated every time I get an oil changed! DO NOT GO TO THIS UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP!!! Heads need to roll for this and I will make sure they do!!

when i first took my truck in to have it looked at for a cel and oil leak they where able to get it done properly and i was good with the work done only after about 3 days later i saw the oil leak again and talked with the service manager and he was very helpful in getting on my truck they cleaned all the places to see if they could find the leak after running my truck for about 3 days seems as it was residual from the component that was repaired after getting my truck back and was told they had put a dye in the oil got my truck back and after about 4 days of driving there is a leak i called and will be bringing my truck to have repaired Gary the service manager has been very helpful in this problem very happy with the service that has been done

Fast friendly service with a smile, at least as far as the young receptionist lady on the service side of the place goes. She greeted me, and smiled, and even though she was obviously busy being beautiful (and she is ;) she was professional and courteous. Thank u for making my day a good one.

My husband and I took our truck in last Tuesday. We did get a couple of calls regarding repairs and estimate. Last call we received, the estimate was around $1,400. We figured it might go a little over that but NEVER heard anything back regarding more repairs and expenses. We were then told we could pick up our truck last Friday but were then told something else needed to be checked and "david" assured my husband he would call him back. We NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FRIDAY, MONDAY OR TUESDAY AFTER LEAVING MULTIPLE MESSAGES. My husband FINALLY managed to get a human on the phone YESTERDAY, WEDNESDAY AND WE WERE TOLD OUR TRUCK HAD BEEN READY SINCE FRIDAY, YET NO CALL. NOTHING!!! I dropped my husband off yesterday so we could FINALLY get our truck and the price for repairs went from an estimated $1,400 dollars to $2,200 and some change. We WERE NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT THESE ADDITIONAL CHARGES NOR WERE WE EVEN CONTACTED ABOUT THE REPAIRS HAVING BEEN COMPLETED. I am taking the invoice to a mechanic and will also contact another local Ford dealership. This is all COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

This is a NO pressure dealership. They differ from their competitors in they want to earn your trust and future business. Their desire to build a relationship is supported because they followed up after the sale by inquiring about my being satisfied with my purchase. They also offered their assistance should I have any questions or concerns in the future.

Worst communication for a service department. Truck sat for a week untouched, they don't have techs apparently. They don't answer phones and don't return phone calls. Steer clear. Truck also now has more issues than it came with somehow.Mr Gary Thornton reached out and apologized and says he is on the issue.

SERVICE is slow and they do not keep you informed of their progress. Truck, under warrantee, was kept for 2 months. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Would not honor the original quote from the manager that was no longer there and said my extended warranty would not cover my repairs. Also said that the only way I could get financed through my credit union was that i HAD to purchase the extended warranty which per my credit union was not the case and is illegal for them to tell you that.

The customer service was excellent. Robert in sales made the process easy, and Timmy in the finance group did the same. The whole team was very helpful. It was also a great selection of vehicles for a smaller town dealer. Worth the trip from Houston.
