Horrible customer service in internet sales. Uses phrases like “dream on”. Consistently lowballs trade offers. Seems like they’re not interested in customer satisfaction, at all!!
EDIT: after the “owner” replied to my review and asked me to contact the GM and they would “make it right”, I did just that. I called the number given and was told that the GM was at lunch and would call me back right away. I’M STILL WAITING!! Sorry for your loss Silsbee Ford. I tried. Maybe don’t beat up on the little guy. They’re your customer base and pay your salaries.

As soon as we stepped out if the vehicle we were greeted by Mr.Eric Melendez, who was super helpful and informative throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer, i would recommend Silsbee Ford as the place to go!

Almost got ran off the road by someone with dealer plates from this dealer in College Station, TX. I’m not sure why someone was all the way over here, but they were driving like a maniac down University Road at about 5pm, basically peak traffic times. This behavior is ridiculous if it is allowed by the company while advertising the company name. I don’t know if I’d ever be looking for a vehicle around that area, but I most definitely won’t be using them after this.
To the dealer, if yall had someone in town going to Century Square at 5pm on Friday September 6th, maybe you should check on their driving habits. Here’s their plate number for proof and identification.

This was one of the smoothest, fastest and most stress-free vehicle buying experiences I've ever had. Eric Melendez worked to get me a good price with no haggling, and he was thorough in demonstrating the vehicle's surprisingly expansive array of features. It was a pleasure doing business at Silsbee Ford. For anyone looking to buy a Ford, they have the largest inventory I've seen in a long time.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Silsbee Ford. I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow and was told the only opening they had were Friday and Monday. I told them tomorrow was the only day I could bring it in. She said sorry so I hung up. I called Doggett and they they open at 7:30 first come first serve. So I’m going to Doggett Ford. Silsbee Ford, you need to step up your game

As I had prayed for God to direct me to the right Dealership, finding the right vehicle that fit my budget, credit score, family, God kept putting Silsbee Ford in my mind. I searched their inventory stock online seen the perfect car for me. Made the trip to Silsbee, meet with a very sweet man named Lee. He had the car already for me to test drive when I got there. He made it happen. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Nissan Murano that I just love. If you're in the market of purchasing a vehicle stop by and speak with Lee, tell him Margaret Pate sent you.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They are straight shooters and listened to what I had to say. Had a little hiccup the was addressed and fixed immediately no questions. Mike Andrus was extremely nice and very helpful during the buying process. The finance gentleman was extremely good with good advice. Mike introduced me to the service team which were very nice people also. It was a very pleasant experience.
