I thought the labor rates were excessive. To change a 33 dollar part was over 300 dollars. There was a week wait time for the repair which took a couple of hours. Once they got the vehicle in they were very prompt in getting it done.

Made an appointment for them to look at my vehicle on a recall said it qualified had to order parts and would call when they came in to setup appointment to put on get the call setup the appointment and went to it just to sit there over 3 hours to say my vehicle didn’t qualify for the recall so wasted my time not happy at all

Valet service at home was amazing performance was great took care of recall work quickly. Now just wait 5 business days to have a part that was not in stock from this experience I precieve it to be just as convenient, thorough and quick. Thanks guys.

Service appointment was for a specific time, 1 other customer before me & they were already in process, almost done. Appears to been only 1 tech on a Saturday. My vehicle didn’t get taken back until 35 minutes after my appointment time. Service here has been going downhill for the past 2 years. The service department personnel do not provide you any info regarding the service(s) performed; you have to ask them if everything checked out ok or read over the service ticket yourself. They are not paying attention to what type of appointment a customer is booking; and then have to reschedule the appointment when they didn’t complete everything!Services: Tire rotations

Picked up truck to deliver to dealership. Drivers were very nice and on time. When I picked up the truck, had to pull info out of clerk. She didn't know where my truck was, just somewhere out there. Had to use the emergency alarm to find my truck. The service was done quickly and hopefully well. The pickup and delivery service was a nice surprise.
