Disappointing. They should have been more thorough in the exam of my pet I was not allowed in the exam because of corona 19 but masks and visors could have been worn. I was not able to ask questions because I had to wait in the car I was unable to discuss my pet's health with the vet. By the time I. got her to a vet that would do the necessary tests, my pet died.

We just moved here from out of state and have run into problems one after another. My car died once we got here, leaving us unable to get around. Our beloved dog and his new puppy brother both got extremely sick and we lost them. As a single mother, now struggling to manage all of these issues, I assumed that I could not afford cremation services for my sweet boys, and began digging their graves in my yard.This was not only extremely hard physically, but emotionally, and I realized it was not something I could do. I called Sherwood and Heather and staff, went out of their way to be kind and comforting about my loss, understanding about my odd circumstances, and also to offer affordable cremation services. On top of everything else, 2 ofthe ladies from the office came to my home and picked up my beloved dogs bodies for me. I am beyond grateful, as this incredibly painful ordeal was made a bit easier by people at this that office. Having my boys' ashes will help me on the road to healing.

I have been taking my kitty there since I got her and they have been so good with her. They remind me of what she needs and so very friendly. They know the regular animals by name and welcome them with every time. Won't go any where else.

Sherwood animal clinic in Silsbee has been taking care of all of my family's dogs and cats for years. They are always super helpful and considerate. The Dr. is very personable and doesn't talk down to you. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. Great place!!
