Boarded my Border Collie here on 2 occasions, he was taken care of and despite it being a weekend the staff sent me videos of him playing ball with them!! I was super worried as my doggy is definitely my fur baby and they were super understanding. The prices to board him was a big plus too! I love the bath they give him at the end of his visit, he always comes home smelling clean!

Sherwood has helped me out on multiple occasions, and in several life or death situations. My husband and I adopted a litter of very sick kittens and they were able to help us out quickly enough to save their lives. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the in-house resident Pandora is adorable and sweet. My only complaint is that it’s often very busy and hard to get anyone on the phone without waiting on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time.

I'm not one to write reviews but felt compelled to do a review for these businesses. The journey started in Orange TX at Cypress Animal Clinic. Dr. Sherwood and the staff were very kind and pleasant when diagnosing a medical emergency with my puppy Coco. I was then sent to the surgeon at Sherwood Animal Clinic in Silsbee (an affiliate facility). The staff were beyond phenomenal. After Coco's surgery, I received updates about my baby's condition. They monitored Coco and took excellent care of her. As a first time visitor, I'm truly grateful for outstanding service. Once we arrived at Sherwood, the staff from Orange was calling to check on Coco. The staff at both facilities are skilled, knowledgeable, and gifted. I encountered compassionate Angels helping God's creation. Both facilities deserve hands down award winning service. Coco is now a patient and part of a loving family. I can never say thank you all enough. You worked Coco in with just a phone call. I would highly recommend both Vet clinics.

Spent 1k here on my cat over multiple visits for mouth inflammation. Pulled 4 teeth for no reason. and he got sick AGAIN. kept telling me he is diseased ect. took him to main street the LAST time he got sick. he has a chicken allergy. it took main street one visit to cure all my cats issues. A simple allergy test was all sherwood had to do. will never be back! my cat is lucky to be alive and it’s not because of this vet!
