“I absolutely love the staff of Walgreens in Silsbee. I've been using Walgreens for the last 5 years straight if not longer. Every time they get a new person they're always very polite and kind. I don't think that I've had problems with anyone that works there inside the pharmacy or just in the store. I do not know who does the training but they definitely train these men and women to treat people with very good customer service. Whenever I have problems finding something or needing a price on an item everyone always seems ready to help. Thank you for all your hard work staff of Walgreens.”

“My son needs frequent medications and this pharmacy has been the best one in Silsbee. When his medicaid doesn't cover something, they do everything in their power to help us. And the pharmacist is the sweetest, most caring and competent pharmacist I have ever met so far! I absolutely recommend using this location for your prescriptions!
P.s. They will also help with ANY questions you have about items in that area as well, for example eye drops, over the counter pain management, etc.”
