Went to Silsbee location to get 4 bolts and a junction box , less than $5. Asked clerk if I could have change of all $5 bills. She would try. An assistant manager interviewed. Would not allow that to happen. Then another manager came up to reenforce that decision. They would not even try to accommodate my need. Customer service is very lacking at this location. If I hadn't spent so much time digging for my bolts, would have left with out anything.

Hello and God bless. Stopped in to buy replacement lumber boards for my 16ft. trailer, plus sealant, and rustoleum paint. All the employees that helped me accomplish my task were great, the only pinch was one board was not perfect like the rest. Other then that I had a good visit.
