Well I had bought a used truck and had a problem occur and it ended up in a shop out of town. Long story short I made it back home after renting a car and ended up with a brand new truck the next day. My salesman Quinton is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with.

brought a car in to diagnose the hvac only blowing out the dash vents and no where else. they quoted $186 but when they found out the mode door motor had been replaced they said it would cost over $300 to do the same thing.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Rodrick listened to everything that I wanted and wasted no time finding me a reliable car. He didn’t just try to sell me the newest, most expensive vehicle on the lot like other dealerships did! They also made trading in my previous car extremely easy and gave me a good trade in allowance. My new car was detailed and maintenance and I even got new rims! I love how trustworthy everyone was. I highly recommend everyone to join the Nissan family! You’ll definitely leave satisfied!

Great, friendly atmosphere.Our salesperson, Jennifer. was easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the Rogue we were purchasing. Elizabeth was great. One of the best car dealing experiences we have ever had. It's nice to walk in a business and all the employees are smiling and actually take the time to speak. Highly recommend..

This was the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Rick Cassels is my salesperson and he’s amazing. We showed up signed the papers and we’re done in an hour. Elizabeth the finance manager was very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Rick Cassels and Elizabeth Price. So classy.

I had the most amazing experience with Nissan Silsbee. From the time I drove up to the dealership the customer service was impeccable. Rodrick worked so hard to make sure I got the car I wanted. I am beyond happy with my purchase! Breanna was also amazing. I have never experienced customer service to this level at a dealership. She made sure I knew about all the amenities my car came with. If I had any questions or concerns they made sure I left the dealership with the knowledge I needed to enjoy everything my car has to offer. Nissan Silsbee will always be my go to dealership!

My friend who deaf said her salesman said “free oil changes for two years” but she speaks different being deaf with folks take advantage of her, 11 times in 2022. He also wrote it down on a brochure but it just says free oil changes. That was not the case after she bought the car in the contract, also added fees and overpriced items without her consent, I called in advance she deaf so help, so help her. They help their insulin resistance belly’s first.

I had an accident and i took my car to Nissan silsbee. Chris was my service manager and he was so helpful. They were so awesome to work with and kept me informed of what was going on. Main part was on backorder for a couple of weeks. I will continue dealing with them for all my service and repair work.
