I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years and I can honestly say I have never had a dealership be as friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as Donalson Auto was for me. Normally the car purchasing experience is kind of like having teeth pulled but not this time at all. Very professional organization.

The whole experience was great. From arrival to leaving with my new vehicle, everyone I dealt with was honest and upfront about the entire process. The transparency about everything from the trade-in process, financing, and everything else in between was refreshing. My sales consultant, James Kelly, was awesome. From walking me through all the features of my new Buick Encore GX, to showing me around the dealership while explaining some of the details of the service department, James was great to deal with.

From the time I arrived and to the test drive was a great experience. Our salesman James Kelly was great answering questions and showing all the options the vehicle had. Also knowing we just had a short time to take care of this we were not rushed but they rushed to get everything completed so we could get to another appointment we had scheduled. Once we reached Keenan in the finance department he was extremely helpful as well and assisted us getting everything completed quickly. Great bunch of employees from what I experienced.

First off the salesman has an outstanding personality and seems genuine. Having said that, the dealership has been welcoming and seems to want to help. But so far my experiences with GM service and detailed feedback are at best lackluster! I haven’t had the truck almost 2 days when the critical engine and transmission sensors went on and left me in a parking lot. After resetting the truck 3 different times it finally went in to reverse and eventually into drive. Electrical issues were the start of this mess! Seems to be great tech in the truck if it would all just work consistently. Overall I’m not at all satisfied with my first GM product. But as for Donalson the dealership I appreciate the help from the sales team.

My salesman James was thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. The finance director Keenan took the time to make sure I understood everything and both of them made the whole experience smooth and seamless. I truly appreciate both of them in this buying experience.

Talking to a salesman I was placed on speakerphone and could hear numerous amounts of background chatter and laughing. When asked to verify the county I live in I was mocked and laughed at by one of the people in the room. I suppose either my county name or accent was funny, either way I will not be doing business with this dealer with such little professionalism. This kind of thing makes me look forward to the vastly approaching availability to purchase directly from the manufacturer. After being mocked I was then lowballed by more than $6000 less than what the estimated trade in value in their own website provided.

Jana and your service department team provided a pleasant and hassle-free experience. It's always a pleasure to work with her. I will not use another dealership service department or independent mechanic shop. I know my vehicles will be repaired appropriately at Donalson.I recently had a great experience with Hunter, a member of your sales team. My wife and I were interested in the Hummer and Lyric EVs, and Hunter was very pleasant and patient with us. He took the time to show us each EV and answered all our questions. Although I pre-ordered a Hummer EV in October 2020 at a price of $105,000, I am hesitant to make the purchase at a $55,000 markup over the sticker price.In the future, if we decide to purchase another vehicle, we will contact Hunter at your dealership.

Jewel, was outstanding and very friendly and polite and is always a pleasure to deal with. This was the second trip to have my wife's GMC Acadia's windows repaired and they didn't have the parts to repair it completely. It's about 1.5 hour drive from my home to your dealership. That is a 3 hour round trip, that is now 6 and soon to be 9 hours of just my driving time. I expected better service than this, as it was in the past. If this is the service I continue to receive I will buy and service them elsewhere in the future.

Totally loved getting a phone call letting me know that a service member wrecked my truck by backing another customers truck into mine. Then it only took 3.5 weeks to completely fix the damages done, after receiving 2 calls saying all damages were fixed when they were not! Not only was the lady not sincere with her apology about wrecking my truck, she seemed proud almost. Great team y’all have there! Wow.

Was greeted as soon as I drove up, did not get the ladies name, but was very nice and pleasant to work with. She also let me know fresh coffee was made in the waiting room. With friendly staff, I will return again.

Jewel is the best ! She was able to get my car in the next day and by non they knew what was wrong and how long the repair time was next afternoon car was ready ! Love how she treats us we will always return !

Billy did an outstanding job! He made the transaction as easy as possible even though I changed vehicles on him mid deal. He has followed up with me to make sure everything is going well with the vehicle and to answer any questions. I am on a verity tight time schedule so he handled a lot of things over the phone for me cutting my dealership time down to a couple of hours. Great experience!

Meagan and her team were great! Wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Quick and efficient work, better prices than anywhere else, clean facility, and a friendly staff. I have and will always use this dealership for my vehicle buy and maintenance on my vehicle! The staff is really great and will get you a good deal on your new car and great trade in offers! I am very happy with my new ride!
