After dealing with another large name dealership in the area and getting zero answers besides “come by” I called Donalson and first spoke to Jeremy. I gave him a run down of the situation I was inquiring about and he gave me more insight and information than I could’ve asked for! He was super nice and helpful. Towards the end of the call he transferred me to Corey on the CDJR side and he was an absolute delight as well. Although at this time we are not able to make a deal, we WILL be making our next purchase from the Donalson group. Our very short, over the phone experience was phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for better service!
As of 9:45 pm Saturday, I am still waiting for a call back from the other dealership that we have been speaking back and forth with since Thursday. So if you want exceptional service, I recommend Donalson!

My wife and were just out looking to see what used dual wheel trucks were available. Happened to stop by Donalson Chevrolet and found a brand new High Country Silverado on the lot. We ended up driving it home that day.

Repairs appear to have solved the problem! Kudos! Only thing that dismayed me was when I checked your prices and discovered you charge $600 for a TUNE UP!! Really???

I paid for an inspection and oil change. I can’t believe that my car passed without changing the windshield wipers because they were half off. Obviously needed to be replaced. Then later I was washing under hood and noticed that I had no fluid’s everything was low. So did you pass my inspection and reset my cars computer without doing anything?
I called and the lady at the desk didn’t want to deal with it so she transferred me to a recording. I guess you don’t want my business.

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Bought my truck here over a year ago.
It’s been serviced here every time. I’ve had some issues and they were always taken care of. Service department has always been great! Can’t ask for more than that.

Walked in and was greeted by Mrs. Destiny, told her what I saw online and wanted so she went and got the keys. Took the vehicle for a test drive where she explained different features of the vehicle. Came back to the dealership where we started the application process and gave her a price point for a note to aim for relatively lower than what I could afford but although they could not get to that number we had an easy transaction otherwise. There wasn't any back and forth talking to different people or having people trying to bully you into oh well this is it you need this or that... Even the sales manager and finance gentleman was easy going and listened when I asked give us a few minutes to discuss. Biggest thing is we never felt rushed or pressured to actually buy it was a good experience overall

Jewel my service advisor was great, worked with my insurance company and the claims adjustors and took care of a problem with my vehicle after I picked it up.
Jewel kept me informed about the status of my repairs during the work, I appreciate the good service of her and the mechanics, my truck is running great now.
