I’m not having a good experience. I don’t like communicating on a screen to set up an account and now to make transactions. Pictures of my deposits are on the screen, large enough for others to see. I like personal service. Seems they have to verify everything, which is not what I’m use to. Mobile deposits require specific verbage on the back. Add that to the screen so we don’t get it denied.

Rave has moved to a new location. It is a new building that's not shown on Google maps. Drive South on 96 past Casa Ole. It is on the left or East side of the street. The building next to it has been tagged but is empty.

Laterica with the online banking is the WORST employee I have ever encountered. She is so rude and unprofessional and absolutely NO help. I have been attempting to do a external transfer for over a week and it won't work!! It's literally MY money going from this account to MY other bank account. I'll be closing my account today. This is ridiculous. WORST BANK EVER.

I had a wonderful experience at mobile oil credit union in Silsbee on 4/13/2021 The sweet girl (she was adorable) at the front door helped when I immediately, came in she directed me where to go. I went into a little room because the covid circumstances and a very, very lovely lady named Shakira help me. I mean she was fantastic and, I highly recommend this place if you must do any kind of banking they are absolutely wonderful lovely ladies!!!Rachel M.
