Hyundai of Silsbee has a nice looking facility with lots of inventory, it is a little bit difficult to find using your GPS system but well worth it when you find it. Dell Carter was the salesman who helped us with our purchase and Elvis made it happen who is the sales manager. This experience was stress free. They do not play games with you, they work very hard to make you happy.

I was approved through my credit union. I asked the salesperson to send me whatever I needed to complete the paperwork ahead of time so it would be streamlined. He claimed it was all taken care of; however, when I get there nothing had been completed. I had to do the credit app there when it could have been done online which gives them the permission to pull the credit approval off of their system. They then ran my credit when they didn’t need to because I was already approved through Neches FCU and said they will not contact the credit bureau to get that credit check removed. I had an approval and asked to get things done ahead of coming in to make it easy. They completely failed in that department. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle and features.

terrible service! bought a car from them they said nothing was wrong with it had issues the next day then you can't contact them. so u go up there they say they will call me the following Monday they never do.

When I say Ledell is a go getter for the people, I definitely mean that. I went to too many car lots and was finally sent his way as a referral and he handled his business for me. Many appreciation for the 2023 and the perks that came along with it. I would refer anyone to him any day. He is very much appreciated. Definitely sending my daughter his way for her a vehicle

Horrible experience thus far. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson here about 2 weeks ago. The car is wonderful but the sales team service and honesty not so. I noticed a ding in the rear driver side door after I brought the car an hour and a half home. I contacted my salesperson who told me they would get it fixed. I attempted to schedule an appointment with them multiple times and was finally told that I could come in the next Thursday morning. I arrive at the dealership on the appointed day only to be told that the person that performs those repairs is not there but where I live an hour and a half away. So I drove a total of three hours just end up where I started to have the ding repaired. I was promised a gift card to make up for gas costs but it took multiple calls for the gift card to be issued a week later. I also purchased an extended warranty to go with the car. I had discussed wanting it to match the power train warranty of 10 years 100,000 miles without any deductibles no matter where I take it. I review my paperwork later on and notice that it is only for 84 months. I call to check on this and I’m told that it is 10 years and that it automatically renews for the remaining time at the end of the 84 months. Well I got a packet in the mail for the warranty directly from the warranty company. It also only states 84 months. I call the warranty company to confirm and am advised that it is indeed only for 84 months and that they never renew any policies, I further talked over the policy with them and I’m informed that I will have a $100 deductible anywhere I take it unless I take it back to the original seller, which I specifically did not want since I live an hour and a half away. Also what I find to be the most upsetting part is that the warranty doesn’t cover any of the most expensive computerized components of the car. It won’t cover any of the navigational/infotainment systems and electronic modules for the engine, and the electronic and mechanical mechanisms in your sunroof won’t be covered either! I purchased my first Tucson here and the experience was fine but the quality of service and honesty at this dealership has gotten terrible. No wonder this dealership has an F ratting with the BBB!

Terrible sales service. Bought a 2024 Hyundai Tucson and noticed a ding in the door when I got home. I live 1.5 hours away. Contacted my sales person and was told they would fix it and attempted multiple days to schedule an appointment. I was finally told to be there for the next Thursday morning. Once I drove the 1.5 hours I was told that the person that repairs dings was not there but an 1.5 hours away where I live. I drove a total of 3 hours to come back where I started to have the ding repaired. I was promised a gift card for gas expense which took a week and multiple phone calls to get. I also purchased an extended warranty. I had discussed wanting it to match the 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. I check my paperwork later and it stated only 84 months. I was told that the policy auto renews after 84 months so it is the same as 10 years. I received a mail booklet from the warranty company yesterday that also shows 84 months. I called the warranty company and they stated that it is indeed only 84 months and they do not renew policies. I also told them that I want a policy with no deductible wherever I take it but was informed that I have a $100 deductible unless I take it back to the original seller 1.5 hours away. the warranty also doesn't cover the most expensive electronic components such as the the infotainment/gps system and engine control board chips. it also doesn't cover the sunroofs mechanical and electronic components. It is dishonest as I was lead to believe that this would cover the same things as the manufacturer warranty. Be very careful purchasing here!

Attempted to purchase a SUV. Manager was polite on initial visit. However after that no real follow up. Salesman didn't really do anything either. Internet prices are posted low so a $2800 addendum can be added. Thats their pricing method to get you in to the store. Any questions 409.293.8516. Still no call from them either. Got a follow call next to let me know they had a vehicle that might work for the different financing options. No calls after that. Said the manager would call and give me the details...no call. Texted the salesman...no response. Staff is nice if you are there but they do not call you back.

Great place to purchase a car. No hassle bargaining. True to their word with pricing, trade-in values, etc. Drove from a distance to finance, trade-in, and pick up car and Jessi and staff made this process easy and efficient. Best experience purchasing a car ever.

The people at the dealership were super nice. However, when I asked to speak to the tech that would be working on my AC that was going in and out depending on the settings on the rheostat (switch) that is on my AC, I was told by the lady in the front that I could not talk to the tech and that she coukd relay a message. The message was not related however, I was able to catch the tech going out the door and speak to him (actually he said he handed it off to someone else but he did listen and I thought related the message). The message didn't get to the tech because the t ch drove my car and the AC was on and Cold because it's the switches on the inside of the car that I control that are causing it to go off and on. They told me it was fine and sent me on my way. Before I left the parking lot I moved the switch and the air conditioner was blowing hot. I drove practically about 2 mi came back and told them that it absolutely was not fixed. So they took the car and put a meter on it and said that the compressor was out however that doesn't seem like the answer when the switches in the front that I control as a driver or passenger are changing the compressor every time themselves. Hopefully it helps it but I don't think the problem will be fixed otherwise they were great they were very nice nobody was rooted all they just didn't quite listen. I am getting a new compressor very soon and I hope that that is the problem and it's fixed if not I will again let them know about the problems changing when I change the switches in the car.
