Most incompetent person that deals with title applications. It has been 6 weeks and still no title. Lady taking care of title applications promised me she would take care of this last Monday and never did. Now one week later still no title. Was promised by a manager Corey today that she would take care of this next Monday. Will NEVER deal with this dealer again.

I had once left a 5 star review after purchasing my vechile here on July 15th, I had great service and was happy with my deal- written in that my rear bumper would be fixed as there was damage on it & told the parts would be ordered that day. 2 months later I have called repeatedly and texted repeatedly with little to no reply from anyone I’ve spoken to, still without permanent plates AND told there are no parts ordered to fix my car… I understand mistakes, but lack of communication/continuous blame of other instead of fixing the problem is unacceptable. I’ve requested a phone call with a manager multiple times with no response, I will 100% never shop here again after dealing with this and seeing the true way customers are treated here. Reading other reviews shows I was not the only person with these issues.

I bought a Santa Fe just days before Hyundai of Silsbee was purchased by Mike Terry. I live in Baton Rouge,LA, so it was quite a drive, but they had the exact car I wanted. Karen Herrera, my sales person was fantastic! She mentioned during the sale that my license, registration and inspection sticker would be sent to me from Baton Rouge as soon as they ordered it. I
phoned her the next day to ask when she thought I could expect these items. Not through any fault of Karen’s, two months later I still don’t have any of the three. I called Brett
whom I was told was handling my problem. He told me that the fault was with the Baton Rouge courthouse. Now we all know that courthouses
are not in the business of supplying license plates, registrations and inspection stickers! I called Brett again 3 weeks ago to say that my temporary plate was expiring Sept. 5, 2024 and ask if he could please send me another one with a later expiration date. He told me that he could, no problem. I still don’t have that either!
At my wit’s end, I attempted to call General Executive Manager, Ernesto Servan. I’ve been told three times that he was in a meeting. I could leave a message and he would call me as soon as he was out of the meeting. He evidently ignored that message. The third time I called, I spoke with a lovely young lady, Alyssa, who listened to my story and said that she understood completely. After asking me if I could hold, she came back and said she had given Mr. Servan a note saying that I was calling and it was urgent. She told me that he said, “I’m calling her right now.” I immediately hung up to receive his call. Almost two hours later, I called back to say he never called and was told that he was gone for the day. All along, I‘ve wondered if I slipped through the cracks because of the timing of my purchase, but no one will answer my questions. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around every way I turn! Buy from this dealership if you choose, but you’ve been warned!

Such a great place! I would recommend them to anyone! They are fast and on point especially the service advisor in the service department I believe her name was Amber Smith! She had great customer service and answered every question I had accordingly! And she Ensures customers feel listened to and attended to., Anything I needed she was on the spot with! Very friendly place and polite people!

Amber Smith and Angie Adele are the 2 service advisors that I deal with and both treat you great, I just left from getting service and it’s never a hassle, they get you checked in and get the vehicle to service rapidly and try to ensure that you are comfortable while you wait. I will continue to deal with them for all my service needs for my Genesis G70

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz on 6/7/24 from then Hyundai of Silsbee. Couple weeks later, I receive a call from the service department, letting me know the driver's side license plate assembly was in. I was a bit surprised and asked what the person was referring to. I was told it was ordered before I purchased the vehicle. I went out and looked at my all black vehicle. Sure enough, the license plate light assembly was not just damaged, destroyed. The bumper also is damaged in such a way that a simple replacement of the light assembly would fail, due to the damage. I argued with the service department when they said the dealership would not cover it, even though it is a certified pre-owned vehicle in my contract. I went to the sales floor to speak with the general manager who was conveniently not in that week. Eventually, I spoke to a Finance Manager, who not only remembered my vehicle, but that it was damaged as he'd had a deal working on it and it fell through due to the damage. I was not made aware of any damage at the time of sale. He told the service manager that he knew the vehicle was damaged and that they had to fix it. He gave me his card, and asked me to give them a good review here. I am glad I waited. It isn't his fault in any way, but they do not deserve a good review. At all. Mike Terry is no better of an owner than the previous owner. Beware, and go elsewhere to buy your vehicle. I still have a couple of cards up my sleeve. They are currently in place. Maybe I will post an addenda later.

Brought my Elantra in for its first service and I couldn't be happier with the phenomenal service I received from Angie, she was very considerate of my time, kept me updated and even was able to deliver my car to me at my job. Because of her I will not only continue to bring my car to Mike Terry Hyundai but I will also tell everyone else I know with a Hyundai to come here.

I bought my new car here, I was in and out within 2 hours. The front end lady, Angie was so helpful and considerate when it came to getting information on window tinting as well as keeping me informed while I waited.
