Would not honor the original quote from the manager that was no longer there and said my extended warranty would not cover my repairs. Also said that the only way I could get financed through my credit union was that i HAD to purchase the extended warranty which per my credit union was not the case and is illegal for them to tell you that.

Dealership lied about rotating tires. TWICE. Had them marked first time out. I Let it go. Second time they claimed to rotate tires and I knew they were lying because I showed up with low pressure alarm on front left pressure was still low and same location. (And no the TPS sensor was not incorrect)I lost all trust for this dealership

When I bought my Truck there I was given 3 Free oil changes. OK whatever. Every time I have tried to go and Get an Oil change. I keep getting told I have to make an appointment with them at lest 3 weeks before just dropping it off. The little girl rolling her eyes at me while telling me this and show me the door. So they don't have enough people working back there to keep is all I can figure or not enough good hands. Either way I won't be going back. I Let everyone Know not to go there. Makes me wish I would have never bought anything from this Company.

Very disorganized service department, they couldnt even tell me where my truck was in the system after a month of it sitting there... then once they started on it, a job that takes a few hours normally took a whole week....

The service rep that helped was named Ed. He was kind, knowledgeable and kept me informed of the process. Start to finish, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. Customer Service waiting area was clean and neat. All the employees who walked by were pleasant and smiling.

John Marble was our salesman. He was fabulous. I had been shopping for a new 2019 Crew Cab (the largest backseat) F150 Lariat with a 6.5' bed and no sunroof in the dark grey.
