Wish the option for zero stars was there. Had went on a trip and rented a electric car. On the way out of Texas it showed two charging station options - Kia and Donalson. Kia's charger was broke and said "Donalson has one and are super nice and helpful." Went over to Donalson barley plugged the car in before a Colonel Sanders looking guy came out and sneered at us to unplug the car. He didn't greet us or tell us it was a private charger. He just demanded we unplug and be on our way. THEY HAD NO MANNERS ( and a man his age and from this far south surely knows how to greet someone or say pleae and thank you.) THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SALES REPS AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN STOPPING IN FORNT OF THIS DEALERSHIP. The Kia next door and the Hyundai of Silsbee have extremely better customer service and are more helpful.

Well, $132.00 for a diagnosis is understandable $172 for the battery understandable. Freaking $19 for a credit card and $66 to change it out are you kidding me? This is an example of nickel and dime operation for sure! When I called the lady that answered was not thrilled I called either and had as much customer service as a Honey Badger! Oh,If I could give zero I would!

My Daughter purchased a 2021 Jeep Cherokee on 10/24/2020. She received a call on 10/29/2020 stating they were able to get her a better interest rate, Needless to say they LIED! They stated the contract was rejected the new contract was going to have a higher interest rate. I called talked to general manager he stated It was taken care of she would be signing the same contract. LIE AGAIN! Needless to say she has to return the car if she doesn't sign the new higher interest rate! These people are liars stay away!

We called for a price to have our vehicle looked at. Instead of asking what normal service writers do like what has been done to the vehicle what all is wrong things like that they give my husband a quote to look at he the vehicle. So we pay to have the vehicle towed. When it arrived they call my husband and tell him it's going to cost more and that we should have told them everything we did even though we told them some of what was wrong to begin with. As a service writer your job is to ask all those questions like what all was done what kind of condition is the vehicle. When I call to talk to them they told me I should have told them everything that was done. I was not asked. So now I have to have it towed back to my house and I'm out $160.00. For nothing. I don't understand why because they didn't do their job why I'm having to suffer.

This dealership is awesome! We've purchased three vehicles from them and every time have been treated wonderfully! We received fair trade in values for our cars and saved SO Much on our new purchases. I will return to this dealership again and recommend to everyone! Try them out!!!
