Have tried several times to make an appointment here, and got stalled each time. When I could get thru to Carrie, she was extremely helpful over the phone, and very nice. In speaking with her, I asked if she would mind being in communication with my financial advisor, concerning assets. She said she would be fine with that. My financial advisor tried to reach her numerous times, to communicate, and got stalled each time by her staff. ( He was never able to reach her, or apparently even get a message thru to her!) Althoughh her staff is polite, they stalled me each time I tried to make an appointment, until I finally gave up. I will seek someone else. After Mrs. Says office contacting me for an appointment, I felt the need to update my review. There was a miscommunication, and situations I was not aware of that prevented her contacting me in a more timely manner, as she would do normally. After my meeting with her, I left feeling assured, that I was in deed, in good hands! She is thurough, and thoughtful in her dealings with clients, and I have full confidence in her ability! I'm looking forward to using her services, not only now, but in the future as well. She rates more than five stars, as far as I'm concerned....and if I could give her more stars, I would! Thank you Carrie...for your thoughtfulness, and professionalism.
