“My service was excellent as always Janna is awesome she always takes such good care of me. My issue is with policy, not customer service. I think charging someone $ 178.00 to look at EACH issue is totally wrong. I had 3 or 4 issues I couldn’t afford to have them all checked out. Because of that I will probably start going to a mechanic shop for my repairs now. I realize you have to pay a person to look but you don’t pay him that much! A $ 178.00 for each is a little much.”

“Donalson Chevrolet GMC was booked out over a week in advance and I needed to have the oil in my 2022 Chevy Truck changed. They referred me to Donalson Chrysler Dodge to have it done! They did just add good of a job as the Chevrolet GMC dealer Service Department!!! The only thing different is that they won't rotate your tires for free here. They charge extra for tire rotations if it's not a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep! So I passed on my rotation. Otherwise great service.”

“It is ALWAYS a PLEASURE to deal with Silsbee Nissan personnel, which DEFINITELY was NOT the case when we were TRYING to deal with Patterson’s Nissan of Longview, TX, when we were TRYING to get satisfaction with the Nissan Rogue we purchased FROM Patterson Nissan! They MADE SURE we COULD NOT have a Lemon Law Case, and we ended up TRADING IN at Silsbee Nissan for a Murano WITHIN a FEW MONTHS, because riding in it was HAZARDOUS to our HEALTH!! We NOW are paying an “upside down note”, but Silsbee Nissan has treated us MUCH BETTER! It is a PLEASURE to take our Murano for service to Silsbee Nissan, DESPITE the FACT that we drive almost THREE HOURS from NE Texas to get there!! Silsbee Nissan ALWAYS treats us with MUCH RESPECT & DIGNITY!”

They were honest about the wait time about the damage to my tires and that my rear tires did not need replacement. Then when I checked out at the auto center they were so kind. The older gentleman, I wish I could remember his name, helped push my cart out and even loaded my car.
