After dealing with another large name dealership in the area and getting zero answers besides “come by” I called Donalson and first spoke to Jeremy. I gave him a run down of the situation I was inquiring about and he gave me more insight and information than I could’ve asked for! He was super nice and helpful. Towards the end of the call he transferred me to Corey on the CDJR side and he was an absolute delight as well. Although at this time we are not able to make a deal, we WILL be making our next purchase from the Donalson group. Our very short, over the phone experience was phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for better service!
As of 9:45 pm Saturday, I am still waiting for a call back from the other dealership that we have been speaking back and forth with since Thursday. So if you want exceptional service, I recommend Donalson!”
