There was a big lump in the mattress. I thought that the mattress pad was messed up. When I pulled the covers back there was NO mattress pad & a LARGE stain on the mattress where someone had peed in the bed!!!

Can't answer about service as there was no human on site. The room was clean, comfy and the AC worked well. We liked this little Inn.

Basic room. Could use outlets bedside so you can plug in your phone. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We cut our visit short due to nothing to do in the town and had no trouble getting a refund. If you have to stay in Shiner, this is a good place to stay...
