“I do not know the lady that generally works the drive through, but she is the most helpful, efficient, kind, and approachable employee I have ever encountered. She is what customer service should be. Recently, there was a line in the drive through and she was outside talking with the 3rd car in line, without prompting, she came straight to my car window and asked how she could help me, I provided my name and presented her with my card and she was back within seconds. I maybe waited 2 minutes. I cannot say how much I appreciate the excellent customer service at this pharmacy. Job well done!”
