Not bad the man was kind and helpful when i asked about noodles. Very empty store and no one at parking or the pumps.

Walked in with my small 12lbs puppy in my hands to put gas and a CUSTOMER told me I was not allowed to bring him in. I looked confused because there isn't a sign that says other wise. I look at the cashier and the man says "sorry", I assume the customers run the store and he's just there to get ran over? I been to all the circle Ks in Austin and other cities and nowhere does it say I can't bring him. This is unbelievable now I have to drive further just to put gas. Such an inconvenience

I have stopped there multiple times on my way to the job site. Every time something I buy is rotten. Expired Prasecks, rotten chocolate milk and rotten orange juice. Do they just leave products that need to be refrigerated out or something????It's a gross store. I'm calling the suppliers to complain.

This place obviously needs more reviews, so here goes. It's nothing special - but in a place like Shiner, it's nice to have a place to stop and use the restroom. It's sometimes clean, sometimes not - but there's an older lady in there who is super-friendly and seems to have a good attitude. And that can make a lot of difference! So kudos to her!

Old lady clerk asked for my ID to buy a beer. I'm vastly older than 21, by decades. She didn't just want to see it, she required me to allow her to scan it into their "system" and told me that was state law. It's not. I moved on and bought my purchase down the road. No wonder they have bad reviews and high turnover. Once and done.

Trash!! Customer service is terrible, and you can forget about friendliness. There is about two or three employees who work during the day that actually care, other than that forgot it!! Night shift is trash!! I bought an item that was bagged by an employee at the check out counter. As I went to place said item into my vehicle it broke. The bag handles broke. I left the item there and went to speak with the clerk. His response was "sorry, policy says I can't help you". So the bag you placed my purchased item in then broke and you refer to policy? No customer service? I wasn't trying to get anything for free, just replace the item that broke, curtsey of your trash a** bags, smh.. Time and time again this location never ceases to amazes on who it hires. Ridiculous customer service. Stick to other locations for fuel and other needs. This place is trash!!

I love their slushies and l have been getting them since l was 4 years old. They have a pretty good store but their restrooms need a lot of work. Another thing is they always run out of the food l want. The last thing that ruins Circle K is their employees. The people working their are so rude. Everytime l check out their is always grouchy people and it looks like they don’t wanna be there.

The “manager on duty”, I believe her name was Shawna, was one of the rudest and least helpful people I have ever encountered. I am in the service industry and also a local, so maybe I have just set the quality of my standards too high, but this lady was immediately rude off the bat. I was trying to exchange a wine, and instead of calmly and politely explaining to me that it was against their company policy, she told me it was illegal in the state(which it is not!), she was standoffish and aggressive and hollered at me after I had already started to walk away! I understand that this Circle K is short staffed, but shame on them for allowing someone so completely unprofessional to operate their business.

Stopped in to fuel up. These are the nastiest restrooms that I have seen in a long time. Go to B's down the street.
